Honorable Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is a great pleasure for me to address you this morning to warmly welcome you to the opening of these study days, dedicated to project management and group cohesion, as part of the corporate strategy initiated by the ELEC EL DJAZIAR Group and the communication policy implemented and strongly supported by this participatory approach.

I would also like to thank the experts from “Jurex”, who came to share with us their knowledge and experience in the field of project management, in order to put into place solutions allowing REELEC to maintain and increase its comparative advantages and its management performance.

It is no secret that this meeting was motivated, in the first place, by the fact that the situation that prevailed at the level of this company was somewhat worrying with regard to the delays accumulated in the projects, having generated multiple legitimate complaints of our customers who were very concerned about the deadlines of realization agreed contractually by our company.
