Team building 2018 : "Performance Management and Skills Assessment"
On November 7 & 8, 2018, the 3rd edition of the annual meeting of REELEC executives was held, at the tourist complex “La Corne d'Or" in the wilaya of Tipaza. This meeting came to confirm the perpetuation of a tradition aimed at strengthening the corporate culture but also the development of management skills and better team cohesion.
Having previously dealt with "project management", then "time and priority management", this year? and following the performance contracts signed with the Holding company and with a view to preparing the staff for the exercise of the annual assessment to be initiated in 2019, the General Executive Management has opted for the theme of " performance management and skills assessment ".
As such, the company called on the Unity Algeria team, a business consultancy, in management for innovation, change management and strategic vision of projects, composed of two trainers, management consultants from company, experts at the International Labor Office (ILO).
The work which took place in the hall, began with the national anthem, in homage to our glorious martyrs, then as usual, Mr. President and CEO, Mr. SOLTANI Belkacem made his opening speech to mark the 'event (Read the speech).
Thereafter, Mr. YOUNES Mohamed Wahib, Director of the portfolio of the Elec El Djazair Holding, delegated by Mr. KINANE D DJILALI, CEO of the Elec El Djazair Holding to inaugurate the work of this seminar, took the floor. He congratulated the organizers of this meeting which is part of the policy of the Holding Elec El Djazaïr’s policy on communication and training strategy including the succession planning and team cohesion while thanking the management of REELEC’s for this commendable initiative.
The second day was devoted to a team building event, the second part of which was organised as an "off day" and which enabled the employees to meet each other in their diversity, in a different setting from their daily lives, and to reflect together on how to improve their activity, in a "playful-reflective" process that encourages collaborative work. It was a break for the teams and a transition to new challenges and challenges that they must meet together for 2019. It was also an opportunity for management to pass on strong messages, linked to the vision, mission and values of the company.
