EPE REELEC SPA HAS INCREASED ITS CAPITAL

On June 15, 2021, an Extraordinary General Meeting was held at the headquarters of EPE REELEC Spa located in Baba Hassen, chaired by Mr. Mustapha FERFERA, CEO of the Holding ELEC EL DJAZAIR, on the increase in the share capital of EPE REELEC Spa.

This measure to increase the Company's share capital was decided by the EGA of EPE REELEC Spa, following the proposal of the company's Board of Directors. It was carried out through the incorporation of part of the amount registered in the optional reserves, up to the suggested sum of an amount of two hundred and thirteen million eight hundred and eighty thousand dinars (213,880,000 DA), making REELEC Spa reach a level of Share Capital, 500,000,000 DA.

This increase in share capital will undoubtedly allow the company to acquire the necessary guarantees consolidating its credibility and bankability at the level of financial institutions in order to be able to implement its ambitious development plan, up to its projected economic claims.
