Team building 2021 "social dialogue and collective inteligence"
On December 22 & 23, 2021, the5th edition of the annual meeting of EPE REELEC Spa executives was held, at the tourist complex "la corne d’or " in the wilaya of Tipaza, focusing on social dialogue and collective intelligence levers of progress for team cohesion.
Indeed, social dialogue is recognized as a lever of excellence to bring about a consensus between the various stakeholders of the company. It also contributes to economic growth, through improved performance while ensuring a very pleasant quality of life at work.
The work, which took place in the hall, began with the national anthem, in tribute to our brave martyrs, followed by an opening speech delivered by Mr. SOLTANI Belkacem, Chairman and CEO.
In his speech, and before the effective start of the "Team Building" work, a synoptic presentation on the topics addressed and themes developed during the previous sessions was recalled and which can be summarized as follows "Project management" in 2016, "Time and priority management" in 2017 and "Performance management and evaluation" in 2018 and "Change management in the Enterprise" in 2019.
For this 5thedition, REELEC called on the GACU "Groupement Algeria Corporate Universities", in order to consolidate the cohesion of the teams to further improve their performance, promote a better knowledge of oneself and others through social dialogue and the acquisition of methods capable of promoting the collective intelligence of teams within the company.
The event continued with a dynamic animation presented by the two consultant trainers in business management, including an expert from the International Labour Organization (ILO).
During this work, REELEC executives were invited to experiment with different situations allowing each member to better understand his positioning, the functioning of the group, and thus better assimilate the importance of social dialogue in the company.
The second day was devoted to team building work, by providing the teams with various educational materials necessary for the success of the challenges, begun in the form of gamification exercises in order to strengthen team cohesion, information sharing and the implementation of collective intelligence.
