On March 9, 2023, was held, at the headquarters of the General Management of ELEC EL DJAZAIR Holding, located in CHERAGA, the Ordinary General Assembly of EPE REELEC Spa, under the chairmanship of Mr. Mustapha FERFERA, Chairman and Managing Director of the Holding, in his capacity as Chairman of the General Assembly of the company for the examination of the financial statements for the year 2022, Following the satisfactory results recorded, the members of the OGA approved, after examination, the Financial Statements of the financial year 2022 and the acts of management accomplished by the Board of Directors, by giving discharge to its members for the considered financial year. Furthermore, on the occasion of the end of the mandate of the auditor Mr. HACHEMI Omar, the President of the General Assembly as well as all the members present, thanked him warmly for his dedication and his invaluable contribution to the performance and results achieved by the company. Before closing the meeting, the Chairman of the AGM also congratulated the Members of the Board of Directors, the Management Staff, the Social Partner as well as all the workers for the efforts made and the achievement of the objectives
