TEAM BUILDING MEETING 2019 “COMPANY CHANGE MANAGEMENT”
On December 4 & 5, 2019, was held as usual the 4thedition of the annual meeting bringing together all the management of the REELEC company, at the touristic complex "la corne d’or " in the wilaya of Tipaza, with the aim of consolidating and strengthening the communication and cohesion of the managerial team and executives with more involvement and transparency. This meeting consolidates and completes the training program initiated in previous years, considered as an intangible investment that must accompany in an articulate and progressive way the acquisition of various skills related to the basic business and more particularly to the adaptation to the new economic situation.
Essentially, it would be wise to recall the themes developed during the previous sessions, namely Project management in 2016, Time and priority management in 2017 and Performance management and evaluation in 2018.
This year the theme chosen is change management in the Enterprise considered as an absolute necessity in order to accompany change that is no longer a cyclical phenomenon but rather permanent, it has also become a permanent concern of the manager.
As such, the company called on the Unity Algeria team, a business-consulting firm in management for innovation, change management and strategic vision of projects, composed of two trainers, business management consultants, experts with the International Labour Office (I.L.O.).
The work that took place in the hall, began with the national anthem, in tribute to our glorious martyrs, then as usual, Mr. Chairman and CEO, Mr. SOLTANI Belkacem made his opening speech to mark the event.
Subsequently, Mr. Kinane d Djilali, Chairman and CEO of Elec El Djazair Holding gave his opening speech of this seminar by congratulating the management of the REELEC Subsidiary for this commendable initiative, he continued on the strategies implemented, particularly those relating to the development of subsidiaries by explaining the recommended approaches in terms of change policy.
In addition, on the sidelines of this meeting, an agreement between the GACU (Groupement Algeria Corporate Universities) and REELEC was signed by the two CEOs in this case Mr. Belkacem SOLTANI and Mr. Sifi GHRIEB in the presence of Mr. KINANE on collaboration in training and skills development, Industrial Research & Development as well as expertise and support.
The second day was devoted to NLP neuro-linguistic programming work by putting the different tools necessary to reproduce models of success through fun exercises will strengthen the cohesion of the teams.
