REELEC is a Public Economic company (EPE ), expert in designing , constructing Industrial electrical installations and  the maintenance of low, medium and high power electrical equipment, including generator sets. It has acquired proven experience in the design and installation of electrical distribution boards, with complete solutions for optimal energy efficiency.

 

History of REELEC

SONELEC Creation, and transfers of electrical racks business Unit to Electromechanical Business Unit UEM

1969

UEM  Activity extension to the assembly activity of electrical racks .

1973

Strengthen the assembly activity through the creation of the Study & Realization Department DER

1974

Strengthen the assembly activity through the creation of the Study & Realization Department DER

1980

DER becomes a business unit UERE .

1984

Restructuring SONELEC leading to linking UERE to ENEL

1999

Spliting ENEL leading to REELEC Creation

Currently, REELEC's activity is mainly focused on different strategic segments, having common FCS (Key Success Factors), in which strategic areas of activity have been identified, namely:

      • Studies and engineering in the field of industrial electricity including energy diagnostics and reactive energy compensation;
      • Maintenance of electrical installations and transformer substations of different powers 10, 30, 60, 220 KV;
      • Electrical distribution networks (High, Medium and Low Voltage);
      • Numerical Control and Control (CC) System Installation ;
      • Installation and maintenance of generators;
      • Installation of lightning protection systems;
      • Airport marking.

In terms of Project Management, REELEC has grant a solid experience, of more than half a century, enriched by a certain know-how, making it leader among its competitors on the market of major contractors, such as SONATRACH, NAFTAL, SONELGAZ, etc ...

As part of the energy transition, REELEC has implemented a diversification strategy in terms of circular electrical energy, by offering solutions based on photovoltaic energy, while providing all services related to engineering, equipment supplies and work related to the installation of solar panels and inverters, for better energy efficiency.
